What we collect

• Order details: delivery address, phone number, and order history.
• Payment references: Razorpay transaction identifiers. Card, UPI, and banking details are processed by Razorpay and are never stored on Entix servers.
• Support messages and preferences you share with us.
• First-party analytics about how pages and products are browsed.

How it is used

Order fulfilment, delivery updates, service replies, and — only with your consent — the newsletter. We do not sell or rent customer data.

Who we share it with

• Courier partners, to deliver and collect parcels.
• Razorpay, to process payments and refunds.
• No advertising networks and no data brokers.

Cookies and local storage

The storefront uses a small set of first-party cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions, your cart, and your wishlist. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

Retention and security

Order and invoice records are retained as required by Indian tax law; everything else is kept only while it is useful to your account. Access to customer data is limited and logged.
