Shipping & Dispatch.

Every order leaves us in the signature Entix jewellery box with protective outer packaging, and every shipment is insured while it travels.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and handed to our courier partners within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation — or order confirmation, for cash on delivery.

Delivery timelines

Standard delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch.
Express delivery: 2–4 business days from dispatch, charged at ₹299.

Timelines may stretch during festival peaks and courier disruptions; we will keep you informed if your order is affected.

Insured, tracked shipping

Every shipment is insured in transit and fully tracked. Standard shipping is complimentary on every order; an optional express upgrade, where available, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. You can also follow any order from the Track Order page using your order number.

Coverage and payment

We currently ship within India to all serviceable PIN codes, with free shipping on every order. Prepaid payment through Razorpay is available everywhere we ship; cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹10,000.

If a delivery fails

If the courier cannot complete delivery, we will contact you to rearrange it. Parcels returned to us undelivered are refunded once they pass our quality check, less any re-shipping cost you ask us to incur.
