Returns & Exchanges.
Every Entix piece is quality-checked and securely packed before it leaves us, and every shipment is insured in transit. If something isn't right, here is exactly how returns, exchanges, and warranty work.
The 7-day window
You can raise a return within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked. Approved returns are issued as Entix store credit equal to the value of the returned piece, redeemable against any product in the Entix catalogue of equal or lower value.
What qualifies
- The piece is unworn and in its original condition, with the signature Entix box, protective packaging, and any certificate or care cards included.
- Personalised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for the 7-day return. They can only be returned if the product is spurious or defective, as determined by Entix Jewellery.
- Returns and exchanges are valid only for and between Entix Jewellery products — any other brand's jewellery will not be accepted.
International and overseas orders
International and overseas orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit. All overseas orders are final.
Missing or empty parcels
Any claim for a non-received product or an empty box must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and must include an unboxing video that clearly shows the original outer seal intact.
How to raise a request
Sign in and open your account's Returns page, or share your order number and the email used at checkout through the contact page. Photographs of the issue help us approve faster.
Refunds and store credit
Store credit is issued once the returned piece reaches our store and passes quality review. Refunds, where applicable, take a minimum of 7–10 working days from the date the jewellery is received back at our store or central warehouse.
Documentation
All original shipping documentation and boxes must be provided for any exchange, return, or warranty claim. The absence of any of these documents makes the piece ineligible for return, exchange, or warranty.
Warranty against tarnishing
- Gold-plated pieces carry a 6-month warranty against tarnishing.
- Silver and rhodium pieces carry a 1-year warranty against tarnishing.
- Warranty excludes damage from water, perfume, cosmetics, abrasion, or general wear.
Good to know
- Website prices are based on average product estimation. As each piece is handcrafted, the actual weight and look may vary slightly.
- There may be minor variations in the dimensions or colour of a piece against the listed specifications.
